Here you will find the answers to some frequently asked questions.
Judging will begin 9am.
Entry tickets are available to pre-book via Eventbrite.
From M6: Turn off on to the A7 at Carlisle and stay on the A7 until Hawick. At Hawick take the A698 for Kelso until it joins the A68. Turn left for Edinburgh until St. Boswells. Turn immediately right on to the A699 through Maxton for Kelso. This road passes the showground.
From the south on the A1: Take the A697 just after Morpeth for Coldstream. At Cornhill on
Tweed take the B6350 (opposite the Collingwood Arms Hotel) for Wark. Stay on this road until
Kelso. Turn right at the ‘T’ junction and then straight on at the next junction. The showground
is in front of you.
From the south on the A68: Pass through Jedburgh and at the fork take the A698 to Kelso.
From Kelso follow the signs for the Show.
From the North: Take the A68 from Edinburgh until St. Boswells. At St. Boswells take the 2nd
road for Kelso, the A699 through Maxton, until you reach the showground.
Dogs may be brought as spectator dogs, £5 per dog. A form will have to be completed at the entrance for each dog with basic details.
Anyone who would like to photograph or film at the Show must first ask the Secretary for permission. This must be done in writing prior to the show. Permission will generally be granted on the understanding that the owner’s permission must be obtained before any photographing or filming of an individual dog is done.
